I am a Horsell resident and Liberal Democrat councillor for Horsell West. I firmly believe in sharing information with residents and ensuring everyone knows what is going on in their local area and has an opportunity to have their say. Councillors have to make decisions but they should do so following consultation with residents wherever possible.
